Parameter documentation

Touches can be accelerated by not locking a source before updating its time stamp. The risk is that in rare cases outdated time stamps can be written to a source and/or its load. As a consequence, a load in the PXA buffer will appear newer than the source, which is not the case. The load will appear to be valid and generated from the source.
