If a standby database instance is defined for an application server
using the profile parameter
rsdb/oracle_sid_standby> (Oracle Parallel Server Installation), the
parameter rsdb/oracle_host_standby with the host name (or IP label) must
also be filled for the host which the standby database instance runs on.
