Maximum number of work processes that can simultaneously be in PRIV
mode. If this number is exceeded, a work process is taken out of PRIV
mode. See rdisp/max_priv_time>. A work
process enters PRIV mode if it needs to allocate heap memory. This work
process is then no longer available for other users ( see also
ztta/roll_extension> ).
