For domain name servers that have been administered incorrectly it is possible for the reverse hotsname lookup (the transaltion of the IP address in logical hose names) to block the dispatcher. If you observe this symptom on the application server you can turn off the reverse hostname lookup on the dispatcher (for troubleshooting) with this parameter.
