Parameter documentation
If the number of work processes that are allowed to be in PRIV mode
(parameter rdisp/wppriv_max_no>) is
exceeded, then the work process that has been in PRIV mode the longest
and exceeds the time limit is ended. A work process enters PRIV mode if
it needs to allocate heap memory. This work process is then no longer
available for other users ( see also
ztta/roll_extension> ).
The value 0 means "infinite".
