When does this problem occur
The transaction MC21 might dump when a new info structure shall be
created. This can only happen, if an info structure in the customer
namespace (structure name > S500) shall be created in a SAP-internal
development system and with release 6.17 and support package lev
el of software component SAP_APPL starting with SP04.
