When does this problem occur
Transaction : O3UX8_NM_SUFFXRF
The records in the NM Tax 2.0 Suffix Xref file has shown to be out of
sequence. As a result of which Suffix Decimal txn (t-code O3UX8_
NM_SUFFDEC) is also giving error while creating a new record for a
suffix.
Cause of the problem and Pre-requisites
Program error.
