Note 1272694 Details:

When does this problem occur

You are running the Maintain Questions application. You have selected an existing question in the list, however, you decided to create a new question instead of editing, copying or deleting the one you have selected. At the moment, you will get an error message saying "Do not select an entry". You won't be able to create a new question until you de-select the existing one you have selected.

This process was found to be cumbersome so a change was requested to allow the creation of new entries even if an existing entry is selected. The error message will be removed and the selected entry will be ignored in the process.

This change will also be applied to the Maintain Questionnaires and Maintain Process Templates applications.
