One.com was my first hosting provider over 15 years ago and when I first started with them they were very cheap and very simple to use and did everything you needed to get a website up and running.

Kind of similar to fiverr but instead of requesting a gig to be done by a specific developer you upload your development request and then professional freelancers bid to do the work. You then select who you prefer either based on experience or cost. Is also a good place to find freelancing work.
